Processing Techniques and Materials
A furniture construction technique is used that optimizes material usage, minimizing waste and making the components lighter without compromising their strength. This innovative manufacturing technique gives each piece in the collection a sinuous and elegant look, while also ensuring extraordinary comfort and functionality. The structural components are thin, yet much more robust than wooden furniture.
These parts are made of elements joined with herringbone weave bindings made of natural leather straps, adding a touch of unexpected combination and character to the piece, while the colored variants create an attractive visual contrast. These bindings are designed to last, offering greater resistance to deterioration than traditional natural fiber bindings.
A delicate and distinctive trillage motif in Wicker, now a hallmark of the CozyCane Collection, offers a refined structural detail.
